| Risk Management Plan and Framework Development Transport Sector Support Program – Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea Flavour Solutions were engaged to work as part of the SMEC team, contracted by AusAID, to develop and implement a Risk Management Plan and Framework, based on the Australian Standards, for the overall Transport Sector Support Program (http://www.pngtssp.com/) in Port Moresby. The plan provided a view of the risks faced by the program and the framework, which included the processes and procedures to run project risk workshops, provided an avenue for updating the plan and for individual Technical Advisors associated with the key agencies to conduct risk workshops if and when required. |
