Peter White - Director

Peter is a Senior Consultant with more than 33 years experience in the information industry, specialising in project management and consulting. Prior to forming Flavour Solutions in 1996, he worked as a consultant with Azimuth Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd and previous to that worked for IBM for 18 years, performing roles at the local, national and international level. He has been involved with a wide range of business systems ranging from mainframe to personal computers and has experience in their management from both a vendor and client point of view.

Peter has considerable experience working with clients in outsourcing related projects within the Federal Government, with specific experience in the areas of project management of such projects, the development of Risk Management Plans, Tender Management, Evaluation and Support, Service Level Agreements, contract negotiations and Vendor Management.

Peter’s strengths as a project manager lie in his intuitive approach to understanding the client’s requirements, his business analysis, presentation and negotiation skills and his ability to develop strong working relationships with his clients, peers and teams.

Tim White - Director

Tim has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years and during that time has held technical, management and specialist positions.

Tim spent 5 years in the United Kingdom where he co-founded several start-up internet ventures. Tim was involved in the raising of private capital and also co-ordinating the buy-out of a leading competitor. Tim currently holds several directorships both in Australia and in the United Kingdom.

Tim’s career has covered all aspects of project management and applications development. He has led a number of teams through all phases of the systems development lifecycle. Tim’s sound experience in midrange development has been formed through his various roles as project manager and senior technical architect within various blue-chip private sector organisations as well as a large Australian Federal Government Agency.

Tim currently provides consulting services across a variety of projects, including specialist advice to start-up ventures. Tim has worked with and formed strong strategic relationships with Google, MSN, Virgin Media and Yahoo / Kelkoo.

Anthony Trump - Consultant

Anthony has worked in the IT arena for 20+ years and during that time has held senior roles across various technical, management and specialist positions.

Anthony’s career has covered engagements including systems development, business and systems analysis, project management, best practice research, return on investment and client relationship management activities. He has led teams responsible for Project Management Office style activities and has also undertaken Client Relationship Management roles in managing all relationships with external vendors.

Anthony is comfortable is speaking to clients and has provided briefings to International Delegations, Parliamentarians, Government Departmental representatives as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Anthony has a friendly and professional approach, and has extensive business and community contacts through outside interests with community-based sporting and motoring organisations.
